What is WATCH D.O.G.S.® (Dads Of Great Students)?
WATCH D.O.G.S.® (Dads Of Great Students) is a family and community engagement educational initiative.

 

What comes in the Startup Kit?
We offer Elementary and Secondary level Startup Kits. See the full list of items included in your Startup Kit here(inquiry order form)! Note: All schools must be trained prior to ordering theirStartup Kit.

 

Can we share our WATCH D.O.G.S. Startup Kit with another school?
No. Each school that would like to start a WATCH D.O.G.S. program must take our ‘7 Steps to Success’ training here (program training)and purchase their own kit. Whether you are in a school district that has three schools or two hundred, each school that would like to start a WATCH D.O.G.S. program must be trained and purchase their own kit. Note: A single kit may NOT be used to implement the WATCH D.O.G.S.® program in multiple schools.

 

Can I be invoiced for my WATCH D.O.G.S.® merchandise order?
Approved schools can “log in” to the DOGStore using their username and password.
Approved schools ‘at checkout’ have the option to pay with a credit card, be invoiced, or pay with a purchase order. All school orders are shipped directly to your school.
If you have any questions, cannot locate your unique school code, username and/or password, please contact our office at 888-540-DOGS (3647) and a Program Developer will be happy to assist you.

 

Is shipping and handling additional?
Yes! Shipping and handling will be added to your order at the time your order is finalized. If you place your order via our DOGStore at checkout, you are able to see shipping and handling cost. Shipping and handling costs vary depending on the level of method or service you choose. If you need an estimate for shipping and handling, give our office a call at 888.540.3647 (DOGS)
Please note additional shipping and handling costs may apply to those states outside the 48 Continental United States. If you reside outside the 48 Continental United States and/or if you are in another country please call our office for estimated delivery time and approximate costs.

 

We would like WATCH D.O.G.S.® to be setup as a vendor. Can you help us?
Yes! WATCH D.O.G.S.® would love to be set as an approved vendor in your school district. Please email questions about us becoming an approved vendor to info@dadsofgreatstudents.com and we will be happy to email or fax you a copy of our W9.

 

How do I recover my Password?
On the customer login page, click the 'Forgot Your Password?' link next to the sign in button. You will be asked to enter the email address you registered with and submit. You will receive an email asking you to reset your password. Please note, we are also able to reset your password for you. If you are still having trouble, call our office at 888.540.3647 (DOGS) and we'll be happy to help.

 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the four major credit cards and Apple Pay. Additionally, all registered WATCH D.O.G.S.® schools will be able to be billed using a purchase order.

 

How long will it take my order to ship?
Most orders leave our facility in 1-2 business days, and depending on where you are in the country, may take an additional 1-5 days in transit.

 

What is the return or exchange policy for the DOGStore?

Thank you for supporting WATCH D.O.G.S.®!  We want to ensure that your shopping experience is enjoyable, and we are here to assist you with any exchange needs. Please read our exchange policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Exchanges:
We accept exchanges on apparel items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unwashed, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Exchange Process:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@dadsofgreatstudents.com or 888-540-DOGS (3647) within the eligible exchange period (30 Days).
Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a solution.

3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us for exchange.
We ask that the customer email or call us with a tracking ID of the returned/exchanged product to help facilitate a more timely approval process.

4. Inspection and Approval:
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
If the item is approved for exchange, we will process the exchange and notify you of a store credit placed on your account for the replacement order.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items:
Items not meeting the eligibility criteria or falling under excluded categories will not be eligible for exchange. We will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
